Advantages of having a INVERTER on the compressors
Vorteile des INVERTER auf Verdichter
I principali benefici che scaturiscono dall' impiego dell' INVERTER accoppiato ai compressori operanti nelle centrali frigorifer e nei sistemi di refrigerazione in generale, sono principalmente: > risparmio energetico derivante dal minore assorbimento dell' impianto ( erogazione puntuale della potenza frigorifera in relazione al carico richiesto) > aumento di affidabilità dei compressori dovuto alla drastica diminuzione del numero di sequenze ON/OFF; infatti un sistema tradizionale, quando raggiunge la temperatura desiderata, si ferma bruscamente per poi riprendere a funzionare altrettanto bruscamente quando la temperatura torna a variare; un sistema con INVERTER, invece, all' approssimarsi della temperatura desiderata comincia a modulare riducendo la potenza erogata fino ad arrestarsi dolcemente quando la raggiunge e poi ripartire altrettanto dolcemente quando torna a variare la temperatura: in teoria potrebbe non arrestarsi mai ma continuare ad erogare quel minimo di potenza per mantenere perfettamente costante la temperatura
The main benefits arising from the use of an INVERTER are: < energy savings since the system will absorbe less energy > increase in compressors reliability thanks to the significant decrease of compressors startups; infact a standard system stops when it has reached the desired temperature and then suddenly restart when this temperature has increased. On the contrary INVERTER systems reduce their refrigeration duty while approching the desired temperature; theoretically the compressor can even never stop working, continuing to give the minimum duty that is enough to keep the ambient costantly cold > big reduction of the time by which the system runs in transient conditions, expecially in terms of suction pressure. Folgende Hauptvorteile erwascsen in Verbundanlagen und generell in Kühlanlagen aus der Verwendung eines mit den Verditchtern gekoppelten INVERTER: > Energieersparnis wegen einer geringeren Stromaufnahme der Anlage (punktgenaue Bereitstellung der Kühlleistung entsprechend der abgerufenen Last) > größere Zuverlässigkeit der Verdichter wegen einer weitaus geringeren Anzahl der Ein-/Ausschalt-Sequenzen. Erreicht nämlich ein herkömmliches Szstem die gewünschte Temperatur, wird es abrupt ausgeschaltet, um anschließend wieder ebenso abrupt den Betrieb aufzunehmen, wenn die Temperatur wieder schwankt. Ein Szstem mit INVERTER hingegen beginnt in der Solltemperatur mit der Modulation und reduziert die bereitgestellte Leistung bis zum sanften Abschalten beim Erreichen der Temperatur. Danach startet er ebenso sanft, wenn die Temperatur wieder variiert: Theoretisch wäre es möglich, auf eine Abschaltung ganz zu verzichten, und ständig die Mindestleistung auszuschütten, die erforderlich ist, um die Temperatur vollkommen konstant zu halten.
